For this reason we do not arrange a viewing, post a quotation, then finally arrange a day for the clean! Specification for our 'Standard Tenancy Clean'Kitchens• Wash and polish all work surfaces.• Clean inside all cupboards and drawers. Remove all old food stuffs, carrier bags etc. and dispose of. • Descale sink and taps and polish where required. • Degrease walled tiles, clean and polish. (mould growth if any removed from between grout, if possible). • Clean and remove grime from extractor.(if possible) • Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster, microwave etc. • Bins to be cleaned inside and out. Bathrooms• Degrease walled tiles, clean and polish. (mould growth if any removed from between grout, if possible).• Descale Bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings, and polished where required. • Descale WC Iincluding seat and lid, brush clean and sanitise. • Descale shower (if present) Iincluding tray and enclosure, clean and sanitise. • All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed. • Mirrors to be cleaned and polished using white vinegar. • Floors to be washed and polished (if required). Bedrooms• Dust and polish throughout.• All furniture to be moved and carpets to be vacuum cleaned. Dust skirting boards behind furniture. • Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed under. • All bedroom furniture /storage units should be clean inside and out. • All doors and top of doors to be cleaned. Door handles to be polished. • Drawers and shelves to be cleared. • Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath. • All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust. General• Dusting throughout.• All furniture to be moved and carpets to be vacuum cleaned. Dust skirting boards behind furniture. • Windows to be cleaned internally. Windows sills to be wiped down. • All doors and top of doors to be cleaned. Door handles to be polished. • Drawers and shelves to be cleared. Telephone directories to be kept and stored neatly. • Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath. • All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust. • All other floors to be swept and damp mopped using correct type of chemical. • All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) to be cleaned with 'white vinegar' cleaner. • Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath. • Bins to be cleaned inside and out. Specification for our 'Gold Tenancy Clean'As listed in our 'standard' clean, but also includes the following:-• Clean and defrost refrigerator removing all grime, mildew and food deposits. Leave switched on. • Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean rubber at the door. Clean soap drawers and filters. • Clean dishwasher inside and out. • Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome. • Clean microwave inside and out. • Freshen carpets throughpout (shake n vac). • Liase with tenant/landlord or estate agent where necessary. • Collection and return of property keys, setting of alarms etc. Resources for Tenants and Landlords
